3. End-User Notifications

Customers of businesses using Qbuzz may provide their phone numbers for the purpose of receiving queue-related notifications.

By providing their number, end users consent to receiving transactional notifications related to their queue status.

4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms and providers, including WhatsApp platform. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or issues caused by third-party services, internet connectivity, or mobile carriers.. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qbuzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits,revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:

Service interruptions or downtime.
Actions or conduct of any merchant or users on the platform.
